Hush is creating comfortably fitting wireless earplugs that allow only the sounds that you want to hear. Hush earplugs are designed with comfort in mind, have in-ear noise blocking and connect to your phone for special sounds or phone calls. Hush earplugs feature an app controlled by your smartphone, alarm function, soothing listening sounds, a special case for earplugs, and are great for students, travelers and others who need peaceful sleep.
Hush quiet earplugs combine two popular ways of reducing the noise that keeps you awake when you are trying to sleep: sound machines and ear plugs. By putting these two technologies together, the sound that can still get through traditional earplugs is replaced by soothing tones of your choosing, like white and brown noise, ocean waves, rain, waterfall, a fan and others. This way the ear plugs isolate the noise level to soothing sounds that will help you sleep better.
Hush raised $593,255 through a Kickstarter fundraising campaign for its earplugs. The Hush startup began raising funds in November 12, 2014 and reached its funding goal of $100,000 on November 22, 2014. Hush established stretch goals to offer extra sleeping sounds for $175,000, spare compartment for foam at $300,000 and a Silicon Tri-Flange option for $500,000.

Hush is located in San Diego, Califorinia and was started by Daniel “Ewok” Lee, Daniel Syn and Daniel “Chesong” Lee in 2014.
